Cosmo’s new Oven Baked Coating – the healthy alternative - enjoy the deep-fried flavour without deep frying!

Coating Instructions:
Make sure your product is slightly damp before coating, then coat and place onto a non-stick rack of a greaseproof lined tray.

Spray the product evenly with oil and place into a pre heated fan oven at 200 degrees, bake until product is cooked thoroughly.

DO NOT leave the product sitting with coating on it before baking unless you want to apply a double coat, then leave covered in the refrigerator after the first coat until you are ready to apply the second coat, then coat and bake immediately.

Ingredients: WHEAT Flour, Salt, Sugar, Spices, Flavour Enhancer (621), Burnt Sugar, Dehydrated Vegetables (Garlic, Onion), Herbs.
